Description: save.exe is an an advertising program associated with WhenU.com. It is also known as Adware.PurityScan. The process downloads and exhibit advertisements in pop-up windows when certain Web sites are visited. It produces the folder named Save inside the system's Program Files directory, then delivers certain files into this folder in order to perform its routine. It has the ability to self-replicate without a host program and distributes data back to a third party for analyses without the user's permission or knowledge. It also prompts advertising popups.
